Refund policy

We allow our customers to exchange or return a product abiding by conditions set for the purpose. You may apply for an Exchange or Return for a product or service within 7 days after you’ve received it. 
RETURN AND EXCHANGE ARE NOT AVAILABLE DURING DISCOUNT CAMPAIGNS UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED. 

 

Conditions for Exchange & Return:

• The product must be unused or minimally used just for testing purposes.
• An exchange or return request must be done within 7 days of the purchase.
• All items must be returned in original condition (including all receipt/invoice and packaging) with barcode tags attached.
• The product must be received first in order to apply for an exchange/return. Instant exchange or refund in front of the delivery personnel is not allowed.

What if I lose the money receipt/tags/barcode/packaging

• We will consider it if you lose the money receipt or invoice for exchanges. In that case, you will need to provide the purchase contact number so we can check your purchase history. 
• We will consider it if the tertiary/outer packaging has been lost. However under normal circumstances exchanges or returns will not be eligible without the inner packaging.

How do I return the product(s) for Exchange or Refund?

 

After receiving the product if you would like to apply for an exchange please get in touch with us at +8801323935023 or simply text us at Facebook Messenger, Instagram or Whatsapp (+8801323935023). A deliver personnel will be sent at the location of delivery who collect your parcel and deliver you the exchange order if applicable.   

Please note refund and exchange requests will be fulfilled within 7 to 10 days.
